Shipping: All Snuggo orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 business days Australia-wide. Enjoy FREE shipping on orders for limited time only. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns: We want you to love your Snuggo! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Warranty: Snuggo comes with a 1-year warranty covering functional or quality issues. If something goes wrong within this period, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
