Setting up takes minutes. Loop Snuggo onto their favourite soft toy, then set it up once in the parent app on your home Wi‑Fi: their age, favourite topics and a daily time limit.

No. Snuggo only listens while your child holds its button down. Let go, and the microphone switches off.
What gets stored?
Voice clips are turned into text so Snuggo can reply, then deleted. The written transcript goes to your parent app and stays there until you clear it.
Who can see the chats?
Only you. Every chat shows up as a live transcript in your parent app, and we never sell your child’s data or use it for advertising.
Does it have a camera?
No. Snuggo has no camera and no screen.
Could it say something unsuitable?
It’s built for kids, with filters that steer away from grown-up topics, and you can flag any chat for our team to review.
Can I set limits?
Yes. Choose topics and a daily time limit in the app. Snuggo stops chatting when time’s up.
Covered for a year
Every Snuggo comes with a 1‑year warranty. If it stops working properly, email hello@snuggotoys.com and we’ll repair or replace it.
Changed your mind? Unused Snuggos can come back within 30 days in their original packaging.

Does it need Wi‑Fi?
Yes. Snuggo uses your home Wi‑Fi to set up and to chat, so it’s made for home rather than the car.
What age is it for?
Ages 3 to 8. Younger kids like simple stories and games, older kids invent adventures and ask big questions. A grown-up does the setup.
Will it fit their toy?
The soft loop fits most plush toys, from palm-sized bunnies to big bears, and won’t damage the fabric.
What if my child doesn’t take to it?
Start with a short story at a calm moment and let them lead, and pick topics they love in the parent app. If you’re not sure, keep the packaging: unused Snuggos can come back within 30 days.
What if it breaks?
